The Fortunato al Pantheon (+39 06 679 2788) on the Via del Pantheon should definitely be on your to dine list. Normally frequented by many Italian politicians, you are sure to enjoy the friendly atmosphere at this award winning restaurant. Famous for its classic Italian menu, pasta plays a major part of the Fortunato al Pantheon menu. The fresh fish is prepared in traditional Roman ways and look no further than the excellent wine list. If you are visiting Rome during the summer months, you can expect to find outside seating. The restaurant is closed on Sunday’s but that shouldn’t put you off.
The Ditirambo restaurant (+39 06 687 1626) on the Piazza della Cancelleria close to Campo dei Fiori is a joy to dine at. Famous for its Roman specialities, pasta, delicious deserts and the excellent wine, it is one Roman restaurant that you shouldn’t miss.

Rome’s sophisticated Cul de Sac (+39 06 688 01094) which is located in a bustling square right off the piazza Navona is one of the most sought after bars in Rome. It certainly adds to the overall Stravinkskij experience.
