Look and Experience:
Steeped in heritage, Mount Juliet is Ireland's leading country estate and one of the most luxurious Hotels in Kilkenny. Set within 1500 acres of lush gardens and woodland in the beautiful countryside, The Mount Juliet blends grace and charm with exceptional style and service. The hotel is located 19.3 km south-east of Kilkenny city and 120.7 km south of Dublin.
Bed and Bath:
Each room at Mount Juliet is individually designed, in keeping with the concept of a private, family home. All rooms are also individually named, drawing inspiration from the history of the state. To compliment all of the services provided by the staff of the house, in the evening as you prepare for dinner, the beds are turned down, the lamps are lit and the drapes drawn.

A visit to Ballylinch Stud farm, an integral part of estate life, will help to understand and perhaps share the age-old Irish love of horses. The Mount Juliet Equestrian Centre offers basic tuition, trail riding, cross country jumping to riders and will tailor instruction programmes to the rider’s specific needs. Salmon and trout fishing are available on the two fine rivers which run through the estate- the River Nore and the Kings River.
